Analytical Chemist

More than a decade of specialized experience in testing methodologies and quality controls enables Joshua Malinsky to provide the most definitive chemical analyses possible for Crane Engineering's clients. He conducts in-depth chemical and material analyses for manufacturers, engineers, insurance firms and other companies. His work includes analyses of product or part failures, quantification of chemical content, and testing and verification of performance claims.

Joshua has served as a chemist in a number of major laboratories, gaining a broad background in environmental chemical analysis and applied research, which involved a wide range of both organic and inorganic techniques.

His technical skills in the lab include LC/MS, LC/MS/MS, GC/MS, GPC, NMR, FTIR, UV-Vis, fluorescence spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, AFM, TEM, SAXS, powder X-ray diffraction, ellipsometry and cyclic voltammetry.

Joshua is a member of the American Chemical Society.
