Since 1972, Kris Kubly has assisted clients in the areas of testing, design evaluation and accident analysis involving motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, off-highway vehicles and snowmobiles.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is a registered Wisconsin Professional Engineer. He has been the President of Safety Engineering Associates since 2002.

Kris also has work experience as a motorcycle technician and at the General Motors Proving Ground in their Field Environmental Engineering group and Safety Research and Development Laboratory.

He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and served on their Motorcycle Committee for 14 years. He co-authored “Motorcycle Post-Accident Inspection Techniques”, Society of Automotive Engineers 850064, P-159 and SAE Transactions. In addition, Kris holds a patent for a motor vehicle fuel system, is a former SCCA professional sports car racing constructor and crew chief and has been riding motorcycles since 1963.
